Prof. Ing. Antonio Grande
When queried why he accepted to design and create this construction,
Professor Grande replied that he thought that the development area was
magnificent and that the philosphy behind the idea of Residenzealsole
(to create a spacious and luxurious dwelling yet at the same time fitting
in with the natural surroundings of the landscape and sea view) was something
unusual to find in a construction firm.
Similar Works
This is not the first residence of its kind that Professor Grande has designed : an almost identical construction has already been built in Bologna - and given it's success and acclamation by both its owners and the general public alike it is no wonder why a replica has been requested by Residenzealsole. Professor Grande lectured at the University of Bologna from 1969 to 2004.
He has been enrolled in the Directory of Engineers for the province of
Bologna since 20/04/1970, and, as from that date, has has carried out
his professional activities in the sectors of urban improvement, building
construction, and creating sport amenities. He is a consultant for the
Court and Appeal Court of Bologna, and of various other Agencies, Associations
and Societies.
