Lower floor/basement level
From the private road one has access to the underground garage.
This floor was conceived to house not only workroom space such as
the cellar, the laundry room, and the storeroom, but also a spacious
tavern of 40mq. This floor also has floor heating which is separate
from the rest of the house central heating (this area can be heated
individually).The tavern also has a large fireplace and an area
created for a possible future cooking zone. As with all the other
rooms, the fibre optic connections, cable RJ45, TV antenna and telephone
cables are all standard.The internal staircase takes you to the
ground floor whereas the staircase room which houses the storeroom
area is available for the future construction of a lift.

Ground floor
The ground floor of the house can be accessed from the private road on
the mountain side of the property passing through the gate protected by
video camera surveillance. A slab stairway takes you directly into your
villa.
The entrance brings you to a living room to the right with two windows
opening onto the sea view. To the left there is the kitchen and bathroom
entry and bathroom.
The external portico is furnished with a barbecue, and the salon has space
for a wood burning fireplace upon request.The internal staircase takes
you to the next floor.

First floor
The first floor has three bedrooms: each with it's own en suite bathroom.
The double bedroom has a large balcony with a sea view. All the bedrooms
have an insultated wooden beam ceiling. All the sky lights are electronically
controlled. The central landing is available for a lift on request. The
central sezione of this floor with the two bathrooms, the landing and
the staircase is underneath the central area of the roof. In this space
there is an area of 25 mq which are not counted within the living quarter
area.
